The following terms shall be recognized by the customer and the company as a common and valid agreement. The customer will accept and abide by the terms of the contract from the time of freight payment.

1., the clients and their entrusted agents ensure that the goods entrusted shall be in conformity with the relevant laws and regulations of the state, and do not violate the company's will.

1) flammable, perishable or toxic, explosive, lethal, corrosive and radioactive;

2) drugs or drug related instruments;

3) books, photographs, sculptures or utensils that impair weathering;

4) articles that infringe on trademarks, authors' rights or intellectual property rights;

5) currency, VAT invoice, stamps or other securities, gold and silver, antiques, precious metal;

6) live animal, things or seeds;

7) letters with the nature of communication;

8) electronic goods;

9) all powder, liquid goods and CD-ROM;

10) non - authentic / imitated goods (if the customer entrusts the goods shipped by the company as non - authentic or imitated goods, once lost, the company will not compensate).

11) the goods of the foreign trade surplus;

12) doubtful brands of non - authentic goods, or customer description is a genuine product, but the price is not reasonable goods;

13) prohibited goods, such as food and traditional Chinese medicine, are subject to the control of the export of China's customs and the control of the import of other countries.

14) it is not in conformity with the "PRC Quality Law", "the law of the People's Republic of China on the protection of consumers' rights and interests" and other administrative regulations, departmental rules and national mandatory standards.

2. customer commitment of the company to give up or refuse to receive inappropriate cargo transport, intentionally or unintentionally, to conceal the true name and the value of goods, as well as state law prohibited in carrying, mailing, transportation items right, once this occurs, the customer shall bear all the economic and legal liability;

3. the customer and the agent entrusted to ensure the acceptance and payment of the goods and related storage, return and transfer expenses of the articles published by the company;

4., a customer's cargo spills, leaks or leaks out any liquid or solid, or causes any other goods to be polluted or damaged due to improper packing of the goods or other factors. The company has the right to investigate the customer's legal liability and claim for economic compensation.

5. the company does not receive the goods to be paid.

6. the company only accepts and deals with one carrier number one package (or a number of stores). If the seller provides a waybill number, but sends out two or more packages, the company will refuse to accept the relevant goods or sign for it. If there is any loss, the company will not assume any liability for compensation.

7., the company has the right to get information about the nature, name, quantity and weight of the goods, so as to assist the relevant government departments and transport departments to inspect or investigate the shipment.

8. the goods shipped by the company will be randomly sampled or found that the goods do not meet the requirements of this clause, and the company will refuse to carry the goods.

9., the staff members of the company have the right to check the goods. When the goods are not prohibited, the customers and their principal agents can receive the goods.
