I find that many logistics talents have professional competence to a certain extent, but it is difficult to continue to improve their positions because they are too small to have a general view. The biggest problem with no pattern is that it does not understand "borrowing force", and the ability of a person is too big and limited. The size of the pattern determines the size of the work.

Fifth "social commitment".

The height of a person's position depends on the mind and virtue of a person. The key to this is that you are "competing" with the people around you and only learn to cooperate and win together to develop together.

Sixth "keep clearing".

If the logistics personnel want to make continuous progress, they must continue to return to their own zero, only to maintain a humble attitude to learn to let their thinking will not solidify.
