Contraband definition
(1) the goods that are prohibited by the laws and administrative laws and regulations;
(2) goods that are corrosive and radioactive, which may endanger the safety of the vehicle, the person and the property;
3. Any explosive, flammable and other dangerous properties that can cause explosion and combustion under certain conditions in the transportation, loading and unloading, and storage, and cause accidents such as personal injury and property loss.
